Shipping Purpose:The ship, a platform supply vessel, carries deck cargo between the rig and the shoreline. It has transported the required fresh water, fuel oil, bulk cement, mud, drilling water, salt water, common supplies or equipment between the drilling platform and the shoreline, with functions of external fire fighting, rescue, platform towing and pushing, anchor handling, oil spill recovery and on and on. The ship serves the unlimited navigation area with a service speed of 14.5kn (100% MCR under design draft).
