The workman chapter of my motherland and me（Look for the strongest craftsman of Wuhu Shipyard）

On October 14th, the 2019 welder skill competition contest finals of the Wuhu Shipyard was successfully concluded after several days of competition.

The competition was held grandly in the background of the company's quality improvement boom, which is highly valued by the company's leaders and various module units.

Since September 9th, the relevant modules of the production operation center have taken active actions to organize Hairui, Guanda, Yongan, Runhang, Haoyu, Luhang, Yongheng and Haosen through individual competitions and product physical competitions. The welders of 8 labor service companies carried out the audition preliminaries and participated in nearly 200 audition contestants. After several rounds of competition, 23 outstanding players such as Zeng Tianhui and Wan Henggang entered the final stage of October 9-14.

The competition rules is in line with the industry

This welder skill competition rules is in line with the industry competitions in an effort to achieve real simulation and preparation in advance. The competition is conducted in individual competition mode. The content is divided into theoretical knowledge and skill competition. The skill competition project is based on conventional welding methods, which are respectively carbon dioxide gas shielded welding plates and full position butt welding of argon arc welding pipe.
