On March 14th, the 5,000 TEU container vessel built by Wuhu Shipyard for Jia Hua Shipping officially commenced construction at the Nantong Base. The 5,000 TEU container vessel, whose construction has now commenced, is a high-end ocean-going container ship meticulously crafted through the joint expertise of both parties. It is classed with DNV, sails under the Liberian flag, and is designed for operation in unlimited global waters, enabling it to serve most ports worldwide. The vessel's design and construction strictly adhere to international conventions such as SOLAS and MARPOL, while also complying with the rules of DNV and the regulations of the Liberian flag state. It achieves internationally advanced standards in safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance, fully meeting the high standards and stringent requirements of Jia Hua Shipping's global route operations.

The vessel has an overall length of 243 meters, a molded breadth of 37.3 meters, and a molded depth of 19.6 meters. Its design deadweight tonnage is approximately 67,275 tons, with a maximum capacity of 5,002 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEU), including 564 reefer plugs (FEU). It can flexibly load dry containers, refrigerated containers, and containers for dangerous goods that meet regulations, making it perfectly suited to the diverse cargo transportation needs of Jia Hua Shipping's global routes. It also provides well-adapted equipment support for its deployment in regional mainline and international ocean-going services. In terms of power and speed, the vessel is equipped with a low-speed diesel engine, achieving a service speed of approximately 18.9 knots and a range of up to 15,000 nautical miles. Combining speed advantages with ocean-going capabilities, it offers efficient, convenient, and reliable maritime transport for Jia Hua Shipping's global trade cargo, further enhancing its route operational efficiency and market competitiveness.
