On September 11st, 2019, the first multi-workbench and discrete non-standard component automatic welding workstations, in the shipbuilding industry, were successfully put into operation in the integrated workshop of Wuhu Shipyard.

CCTV reporter Ning Kun: "No matter what the shape of the parts, you can use the mouse to draw the welding route what you want on the computer, the robot can automatically scan the parts to complete all the welding work behind, even if you do not understand the welding outside the door. With a little learning, you can easily complete the task, which is to be greatly intelligent."

All welding parameters and terminal movements are designed with an open top layer, which can be corrected by the operator during use. It solves such the movement parameters setting problems as the foot by different shapes, different lengths of the ribs as well as smaller roots.
