Wuhu Contracted series of Bitumen / Oil Product Tankers

Recently Wuhu Shipyard Co., Ltd. and Continental Bitumen signed a series of orders for 21,100 m³ / 21,500 DWT Bitumen / Oil Product Tankers through "Cloud Signing"(signing online).

Continental Bitumen is an integrated procurement, logistics and distribution company trading 1.5 m tons of bitumen per annum in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. The two Narval tankers will serve Continental Bitumen network of terminals as well as their sister companies in Asia, Australia and North America.

The 21,100 m³ / 21,500 DWT Bitumen / Oil Product Tankers signed this time is designed by FKAB, with a length of 168.7 meters, a width of 28.2 meters and a depth of 14.5 meters. It is classified into BV classification society. With dual fuel LNG/MDO power propulsion system and power battery pack, it can realize uninterrupted power supply and meet the latest technical, operational and environmental requirements of the world.

The signing is another breakthrough in the high-end tanker market for Wuhu Shipyard Co., Ltd., which will further consolidate the company's leading position in the tanker market.
