In order to protect the physical and mental health of employees and minimize the people flow during the Spring Festival, the shipyard formulates the 2021 incentive policy of staying in Wuhu for overtime work in the Spring Festival, and propagates and implements the staying policy to every employee through broadcasting, bulletin board, new media and other all-round publicity ways.

Since New Year's Day in 2021, Wuhu shipyard formulated COVID-19 prevention and control requirements in combination with provincial and municipal prevention and control requirements . It advocates that all employees should consciously implement the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, scientifically arrange their trips, minimize their outings, and stay in Wuhu unless necessary for the Spring Festival. And the policy is propagated through the labor engineering mobilization meeting, on-site policy publicity point, shipyard website, plant hanging banners and other all-round publicity ways.

In order to make employees feel at ease to celebrate the new year in Wuhu Shipyard, the shipyard has set up a production team to refine production tasks and staying employee tasks through the actual production tasks of the shipyard. Since late December, the labor module of the party mass integrated management center has taken the lead to decompose the tasks of each ship, implement the staying employee tasks to individuals, and do daily statistics. On January 25, in order to start the one month "Daily Cash Delivery" project starting from January 26, Fuqiaoyun, manager of the labor module, took the lead to organize the production departments to check the implementation of the staying employee policy again under the instruction of the Secretary of the Party committee and the general manager of the shipyard. An employee from Henan province said: "My hometown is Henan province, and I have returned home around the tenth day of the twelfth lunar month in previous years. But this year is different, the shipyard publicized the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, and also had a good policy of staying for the Chinese New Year. For example, the shipyard arranged the Spring Festival dinner for us, provided one month's free lunch, and gave me extra bonus as long as I work hard and earn the Volume Wage. In addition, my family will not worry about me if I stay here without running back and forth. And I will earn more money here. We will also work hard and complete the production task. "
