On June 18, the Company held a steel cutting ceremony for the 25,900 DWT stainless steel chemical tanker (Hull No. 25901) built for Asia Pacific Shipping of Vietnam. Representatives of the Owner, surveyors from the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), and representatives of the Company's project team were present to witness the occasion.

The first plate of this vessel was cut by the No. 1 laser cutting machine, officially marking the commencement of the physical construction phase. In accordance with the special stainless steel block construction requirements, the Block Fabrication Department has completed preparatory work including drawing review, development of special processes, shop-floor briefings to work teams, and production line layout. Leveraging the Company's proven experience in stainless steel thin-plate distortion control, high-precision assembly welding, and block pre-erection, all departments have been coordinated to eliminate bottlenecks in the production process and solidify the foundation for subsequent construction.
No. 25901 is a self-developed and optimized 25,900 DWT stainless steel chemical tanker designed for unrestricted navigation, suitable for long-distance ocean transport to global chemical ports. The vessel has an overall length of 157.99m, a moulded breadth of 27m, a moulded depth of 14.2m, a scantling draft of 10.4m, a liquid cargo tank capacity of 29,500 m³, a service speed of 14 knots, and a range of 18,000 nautical miles. The vessel features a double-bottom and double-side hull structure, equipped with independent corrosion-resistant stainless steel cargo tanks capable of carrying over one hundred types of liquid chemicals such as alcohols, refined petroleum products, and vegetable oils. The tanks offer strong cargo compatibility and enable zero cross-contamination between different cargoes. The vessel meets IMO Tier III emission standards and EEDI Phase III energy efficiency requirements, demonstrating outstanding environmental and energy-saving performance. It is also equipped with a comprehensive safety monitoring system and has reserved clean energy conversion interfaces, in line with the industry's low-carbon development trends, and offers excellent operational economy.
