SAFETY PRODUCTION

According to the systematic training courses for company team leaders and group leaders and in order to raise their alert awareness on the job site, the company organized a two-day "safety training " from June 13 to 14, 2019, a total of more than 140 people participated in the training.

The main contents of this training were divided into three aspects: general management knowledge of safety loopholes investigation, actual case sharing of safety production accidents in the past three years, and common problems of safety loopholes in the company's internal and external field operations. The training mainly emphasized finding out potential risks for grassroots managers on site and notified safety standards.  And through finding incorrect areas in non-standard production pictures, participants were encouraged in initiatively finding problems. Their abilities of finding potential risks and governance, and their consciousness of safety production were enhanced. Meanwhile the atmosphere of training was activated and participants enthusiasm was improved.

In addition to theoretical teaching, the training also explained the bloody safety accident cases, making participants deeply understand the direct cause of the casualty accidents and the safety risks caused by unsafe behavior which eventually led to a tragic safety accident. Participants understanding of the prevention of safety risks was deepened and their awareness of safe production was further improved.

After the training, participants were also organized to conduct on-the-spot examinations on the content of the training to understand the learning situation of safety risks, deepen their awareness of and make them pay attention to safety risks. During the training, the participants were active on the spot and took the initiative to speak. The on-site training atmosphere was warm and the overall training effect was good. Safety comes from long-term vigilance. The accident stems from instant paralysis, raises employees' awareness of safety risks, and eliminates the occurrence of safety accidents from the source to ensure the safety of the company's production.
