Team leader's day

The team leader is at the forefront of corporate management and has great responsibilities. The management ability of team leaders directly affects product quality, cost, safety production and employees morale. Therefore, it is of great importance for the team leader's management ability training. According to the schedule of the training course of the company team leaders and group leaders , the company organized two classes of "One Day of the Team Leader" training on June 18 and 19, 2019, and invited  Mr Qiuran, consultant of the company, to deliver training course for team leaders and group leaders, more than 120 people participating in the training.

Mr Qiu first introduced the basic concepts of the roles and the missions of the team leader and the group leader, to make participants have a clearer understanding of team leaders and group leaders. Then, the main points of pre-job, in the job and post-job were introduced.

In pre-production, team leaders need to count team members, inspect the wearing of labor protection equipment, prepare drawings and materials, spot check the equipment and tools of the team, and hold morning meetings to enable the production work to be orderly carried out. During the production process, the team leader shall conduct inspections on employees, product quality, equipment, tooling, and on-site 5S to ensure the effective implementation of the production process. What’s more, team leaders also need to get rid of resource waste and control costs in the production process. After the production work of the day, the production site should be inspected, the "work record of the team" should be prepared, relevant statistical reports should be compiled, and the materials for the next day should be prepared.

The team leader is the main communication bridge between the company and the production staff. Improving the team leader's management ability is of great significance to the company's production. Through this training, the team leader and the group leader had a deeper understanding of their own work positioning. They can apply their theoretical knowledge to production work, improve management ability, and better play their roles.
