It is classified as a CCS single-class ship with the largest tonnage of China Classification Society.
“HAI DE LI ” is currently a CCS single-class, tonnage-largest duplex stainless steel chemical tanker with China's classification of China Classification Society. It is the first system in Anhui and has created a new era of Anhui chemical tanker construction. The ship is suitable for carrying Class II, Class III chemicals and refined oil products. During the construction process, it has successfully overcome the technical difficulties of welding deformation control and precision control of duplex stainless steel, especially in the case of unique use of duplex stainless steel materials. The material utilization rate is over 99%, and the technology has reached the international leading level.

After the successful construction of the special-coated series of chemical tankers in 2018, the ship was once again undertaking the construction of a duplex stainless steel chemical tanker with more difficult and higher quality requirements. Wuhu Shipyard quickly advances the construction node with careful production planning and strict process quality control. It will be delivered from June 26th, 2018 to October 30th, 2019. The construction period is only 1 year and 4 months which is the shortest record of the same type of ship construction period in China's shipbuilding industry.
