At present, the Shipyard has built the brand of "Wuhu shipyard building" in the market of national defense equipment, liquid cargo ship, wind power operation and maintenance ship, and won the favor of customers at home and abroad. The hand-held orders have met the requirements of slipway production for three consecutive years.

General manager Zhang Zhao reported that Wuhu shipyard actively responded to the call of ensuring staying put service for the Chinese new year from the Party Central Committee and the State Council, and carefully prepared Ten heart warm projects like "free meals every day, a post stay incentive every day, a spring festival goods, a fine new year's Eve dinner, a spring festival cultural gift bag, a cultural performance, a free tour, a care for the staying put employees’ children, a group of Spring Festival photos, a short video of Spring Festival in Wuhu Shipyard", so as to stay the employees in the place for the Spring Festival, and achieved the retention rate of more than 80% of non-local employees. At the same time, as the new maintenance engineering ship and 49900 DWT bulk carrier are planned to be launched after the Spring Festival, and the outfitting task of 22000 DWT chemical tanker is heavy, most employees take the initiative to give up the Spring Festival holiday, and get back to work on the second day of the first lunar month so as to catch up the progress. As of February 15 (the fourth day of the first lunar month), more than 1200 employees have been working in the production line.
